Governor Jenniffer González-Colón formally submitted a letter to U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in response to the Advance Notice of Methodological Changes for CY 2027 Medicare Advantage Capitation Rates and Part C and Part D Payment Policies issued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

Following last week’s meeting between Governor Jenniffer González-Colón and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) authorized the allocation of $1,183,611,623.16 for the execution of 176 reconstruction projects across Puerto Rico.

n alignment with the Government of Puerto Rico’s commitment to safety, dignity, and the protection of individuals in public spaces, Governor Jenniffer González-Colón signed into law the “Public Government Restroom Facilities Regulation Act,” now Law 26-2026 (House Bill 165).
