This action reflects a clear commitment to standing with the freedom-loving people of Cuba, and ensuring that dictators and human rights despots know that they are not beyond the reach of justice.

I stand in full solidarity with the Cuban-American community and with the families of the four American humanitarian workers whose lives were taken in an unconscionable act of violence.
