August 5, 2025 – Orlando, FL – Gabriella Boffelli, Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration (PRFAA), announced a new partnership today between PRFAA’s Regional Office in Florida and the Office of U.S. Senator Rick Scott. This collaboration is aimed at delivering vital services more efficiently and directly to Puerto Ricans living in the Sunshine State.
“Florida is home to over one million Puerto Ricans, hardworking men and women who contribute every day to our economy, our culture, and our nation. This partnership ensures that they receive the services they need in a streamlined and accessible manner,” said Boffelli. “It’s about meeting people where they are, cutting through bureaucracy, and delivering results.”
The initiative stems from the commitment of Puerto Rico Governor Jenniffer González-Colón to ensure that government is efficient, responsive, and rooted in service, whether on the Island or in the states. This effort reflects a common-sense, people-first approach to governance that prioritizes accessibility and accountability.
Starting August 26, PRFAA and Senator Rick Scott’s office will jointly offer monthly services out of PRFAA’s Orlando regional office. Monthly service dates will be announced via PRFAA’s official social media platforms.
