Governor Jenniffer González-Colón thanked Senators Rick Scott and Alex Padilla for reintroducing the Caribbean Border Counternarcotics Strategy Act, a bill the Governor led in the previous Congress to codify the requirement for the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) to develop a strategy to combat drug trafficking from the Caribbean into the United States, with a particular focus on Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Gobernadora exhorta a solicitar el CTC a través de la planilla federal antes del 15 de abril de 2025
La gobernadora de Puerto Rico, Jenniffer González Colón, hizo un llamado a los ciudadanos americanos residentes en la isla para que soliciten el Crédito Tributario por Menores (CTC, por sus siglas en inglés) por medio de la planilla federal antes de la fecha límite del 15 de abril de 2025. La gobernadora subrayó que, aunque normalmente no estén obligados a radicar planillas federales, podrán beneficiarse económicamente al solicitar este crédito.
